We work hard to prepare and ship your order efficiently, while keeping you informed every step of the way.

 


 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Because our items are handmade, slight delays may occur during peak seasons or restocks.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 


 

Shipping & Delivery

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days

Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days

International Shipping
Delivery times vary by country.
Typically, international shipments may take 7–21 business days, depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Please note: weekends and holidays are not business days and may affect delivery times.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your package is shipped.

 


 

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package is dispatched.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear as the carrier scans your shipment.

If your tracking number shows no movement within a reasonable time, feel free to reach out to us.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or local taxes.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Minimalist Berber is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for additional charges once the package reaches your country.

 


 

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

 


 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping service.

If this happens:

  1. Check the tracking link

  2. Contact your carrier with the tracking number

  3. Then contact us if you need additional assistance

We will do our best to help resolve the situation.

 


 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the case and offer a replacement or a suitable solution.

 


 

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
You may still request a return after receiving the product.
