Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Minimalist Berber. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

 

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging

  • Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or use

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Sale items or items purchased during special promotions (unless defective)

  • Custom or personalized products

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

🔹 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

🚫 Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may request a return after delivery according to our return policy.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of wear or use

  • The item was damaged by the customer

  • The return was sent without approval

  • The package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
